 Hanoi - Fansipan - Sapa

 

Fansipan itself is an attraction of Sapa area as well as Northern Vietnam. The peak is a part of Hoang Lien mountain range, which is under the protection of Hoang Lien National Park. The trip offers you an opportunity to explore the beautiful nature and chanlenge yourself.

 Night 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai 

At 08: 30 pm our tour guide will pick you up at hotel lobby to escort you to the Hanoi railway station for night train to Sapa. The train conditions are very basic however we will travel in soft sleeper class which is compartment for 4 passengers. Overnight on the train.

 

Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - 2500m (L, D)

Train arrives at Lao Cai Railway Station at 06: 00am, transferred to Sapa by bus. Have your breakfast at restaurant in the town and have a walk to Sapa market to see the local people purchasing the product. We start out together with our team of Black Hmong porters from Sapa around 09: 00 am and head for the Black Hmong village of Sin Chai in the bottom of the valley. Soon thereafter the ascend starts and we will walk for about three hours before our cook serves a well prepared lunch in the forest. We continue our climb and around 04.30pm we arrive at our camp site at approximately 2500m. The tents are raised for your comfort and the cook is already busy preparing a well deserved dinner. It is time to enjoy the fresh air and the nocturnal sounds of nature.
 

Day 2: 2500m - Top of Moutain - 2700m (B, L, D)

Maybe your body feels a bit busted, but a refreshing cup of coffee and some breakfast gives new energy to the descend from the mountain. After the camp has been packed down we start walking around 9.00 am. We enjoy lunch in the forest before reaching Sapa in the early afternoon, rushing for a cold drink and a hot shower. Stay overnight at hotel in Sapa.
 

Day 3: Sapa Free - Lao Cai Railway Station 

Free on your own to explore Sapa town or hang around the market until time transfer back to Lao Cai railway station for night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on train.
 

Day 4: Hanoi - Departure

Train arrives in Hanoi around 06: 00 am. End of tour. 
way downhill through rainforest. This part requires a great concentration to step on steep trail until you meet the campsite at 2700m ASL. Here you spend another night in tent.
